"I really think you can’t go without Jodie on your wedding day!

Jodie was our on the day Coordinator and it was worth EVERY CENT and arguably the most important part of our day. It was recommended by another friend that an OTD Coordinator was a must and I never thought it would be as integral as it was.

I had no stress, nothing to organise and could literally enjoy my day knowing that she handled everything including the set up and pack down, coordinated all the vendors and dealt with all the niggles that came up on the day. For example, I had my photographer and videographer come to me an hour earlier than planned to ask to do sunset photos. I sent them straight to Jodie and she organised it with the caters and re-ordered speeches to make it work.

 

She thinks of the of the things you might not and will even go to the lengths of making sure it’s exactly how you want it, even if she has to politely deal with family members to make sure she advocates for you.

 

For the cost, it’s so, so worth it! We highly recommend Jodie and the work she does, a 10/10, our wedding would not have been what it was without her!"

"I got in touch with Jodie later in the process of our Wedding planning. Like most Brides I went in head first and had a clear idea of the type of Wedding I wanted, it was essential it was a Cocktail Styled Reception with a relaxed feel and formal dress code.

 

When I got in touch with Jodie I was a bit confused, I knew I didn't need a Wedding Planner, but I needed some serious guidance! I had my vision locked and loaded but that involved a day of gorgeous weather - I had no rainy day back up and the flow of where the furniture would be placed was up in the air. Jodie had a sense of what I was trying to achieve and after two consultations I was able to feel confident in purchasing a last-minute Marquee for a rainy day back up. Our day ended up being 34 degrees with not a cloud in the sky, but with a UV shade cloth included, it provided so much shade for our guests.

 

With having a Wedding at a private residence, I knew I needed an On the Day Coordinator. When the day came, it was the best money I had spent. Jodie ensured every detail was perfected and even fluffed my dress before I went down the aisle. I could relax in the morning and didn't have to lift a finger! I found Jodie so personable and loved spending time with her. She makes you feel like you're her full focus and supports you with a tailored approach to each individual.

"Easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding was to hire Jodie as our on the day coordinator. Jodie not only made sure everything ran smoothly on the day but was also a great source of advice throughout our wedding planning journey, always willing to answer our questions and help us with any niggles or concerns.

Jodie set up everything on the day and packed down before she left, leaving us and our loved ones to simply enjoy the day and not have to worry about a thing. Jodie made sure she understood what we wanted, and executed our vision perfectly. Walking into our reception and seeing how beautifully Jodie had set everything up was extremely special.

"Jodie was the glue that held everything together on our wedding day!

Our wedding day was WET! Heavy rain watch and 102mm of rain made for muddy times in the marquee for our reception.

Engaging Jodie’s services for on the day co-ordination was the best decision we made. Without Jodie on the day, it may well have turned to custard!

In the months leading up to our wedding, we met with Jodie several times so she could understand exactly what we wanted. The best way to describe Jodie’s role, is that she made sure our day ran exactly how we wanted so that we, and our families, could just enjoy the day and not have to worry if Great Aunt Mabel had a drink and that Grandpa John knew where the toilets were! During the planning process, Jodie’s experience was invaluable, not only did she provide great advice about the numerous parts of the wedding day but she also reminded us of little details that we had possibly missed. Jodie ensured that every little detail was ticked off.

On our wedding day Jodie soldiered on (in gumboots) and made sure that all our guests were well looked after. To save our three oldest guests making their way through the mud to the dinner buffet, Jodie went above and beyond and brought dinner to these ladies instead!

We had a large wedding of 170 guests and family friends in charge of the bar plus six young girls as waiters. Jodie took complete control of these people and made sure they knew what their role was and how they could best serve our guests.

Jodie was always working in the background to make sure everything was perfect; helping our other vendors set up chairs at our ceremony venue, arranging for the wedding cake to be delivered while we were still at the ceremony venue and helping guests onto the correct bus at midnight.

Weddings are expensive. There are the must haves; Venue, food/beverage, photographer, the dress, but we also think you should add Jodie to that list. We consider having Jodie to be the best money we spent.

Jodie’s expertise and experience ensured that we had the most magical (wet) Wedding day. We couldn’t recommend Jodie enough to anyone planning their wedding. If you’re hesitant about an OTD Co-ordinator, we encourage you to engage with Jodie and we guarantee you won’t be disappointed. You will be able to enjoy every moment of your special day with your family and friends, knowing that all the other details are taken care of.

“It’s not overstating to say that I would have been totally lost without Jodie! Her experience really showed through her attention to detail, she thought of so many things that literally never occurred to me! 


On the day she managed everything in a calm efficient manner that meant I only had to worry about getting myself ready, she enabled me to relax and not have to lift a finger. She had everything running seamlessly. As I was staying on site she even came to find me when I was due downstairs and calmed my pre-ceremony jitters beautifully! The reception tables looked exactly how I wanted them too and the outside area was set up beautifully for the ceremony.

 

I highly recommend having someone oversee the day itself. Having Jodie there took all of the stress away and meant we could just enjoy the day with our family and friends.”
